Module can't be uninstalled due to a field type that is being used

I'm uninstalling Drupal Commerce and I get the following message:

commerce: The Remote ID field type is used in the following field: user.commerce_remote_id

If a bug, provide steps to reproduce it from a clean install.

drush pm-uninstall commerce
