One of the major use cases of coupons in general could be to refund a user or give a certain user a discount, so for that we only have a condition called 'Limit by email address' that you can target a user, but we should also have an option called 'Limit by username/uid'

So that we can actually give a current user a coupon code and be able to make a views list of all the active coupons that a user has using it's UID

You wouldn't be able to make a view, since conditions are plugins and it's configuration is a serialised blob of data
