i am trying to install commerce kickstart as new installation, and after entering site name and email details , i am getting this error.

This is not the support forum for Commerce Kickstart 2.x. An error like that really represents a catastrophic failure to install, like insufficient memory in the host to load all of Drupal. You'll need to do some digging on your own based on your environment settings, and if you still can't figure it out I recommend searching for similar queries in the Kickstart queue (https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/commerce_kickstart) or Drupal Answers (https://drupal.stackexchange.com).
