I have a website in Russian.
On the page / admin / commerce / stores there is a select list for bulk operations and there is a 'Delete store' option in it.

How can I translate it to 'Удалить магазин'?

1. Enable the 'Interface translation' (locale) module
2. Go to admin/config/regional/translate and search for "Delete store".
3. Translate it.
