I updated Drupal commerce from 7.x-1.11 to 7.x-1.13 and after that when I click on a product it shows a blank screen.

Even when I go into Store and press the edit button on a product I get a white screen.

Please help.

Even when I click on an order it gives me a white screen. But I can get to the Store settings etc but anything related to a product or order I get a white screen.

One last thing, It showed I have an udpate in the modules/update screen and that's how I updated the Commerce. I don't know if there was another way I needed to update it?

Also, I'm using php 5.5.34 If that makes a difference...

We can't begin to diagnose any issues without some sort of log message - anything from the Drupal logs or your PHP error logs would help.

Hi Ryan

Thanks for responding. I've looked at the recent drupal log messages but there's nothing in there.

I updated from Drupal Commerce 7.x-1.11 to 7.x-1.13 via the update module page in Drupal. I did not copy the latest commerce kickstart version over mine as per the tutorial...will that make a difference? But I can't remembered whether this is a kickstart installation or not...

So when I click on 'view' on an order I can see the order but when I click on edit it gives me a blank screen. Also blank screen when I click on a product. But my views are building me a list of all my products.

When I open the product on Chrome it gives me a "HTTP ERROR 500". So I'm going to see what that could be...any suggestions?

Hi Ryan

I switched on php errors on the server and I get the following error message when I click on a product:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function field_filter_xss() in /home/cgwylahg/public_html/modules/field/field.form.inc on line 197

Does that mean anything?

Hi Ryan

Ok so I think the problem has to do with my Drupal update. I updated from 7.42 to 7.43 as well as Drupal Commerce :) So I tested a theory and downgraded my drupal back to 7.42 and now everything works perfect again...I have no idea why!

My colleague says he thinks it's drupal disabling cross browser scripting and that somehow screws commerce over...but I don't know.

So for now I cannot upgrade my drupal until I can figure out why it "breaks" my drupal commerce.

Interesting. Having the same problem. I get a 500 error. But check this out:

I was having problems with Feeds, so I set up a new instance of my development site. Both sites are on Drupal version 7.43 AND Commerce module 7.x-1.13. The original site is fine, but the new one is not. The only difference is the old one was created using the Acquia Drupal (acquia-7.x-1.42) profile, and the new one is just the minimal install profile. I'm importing products into both sites, and on the new site, I can see that the product pages are being created and updated properly; I just can't view or edit any individual product page.

Does this help, or just muddy the waters? :)

HA! I just went back to check on the old site and saw there's a new security update for Drupal, 7.44. Well, well, well...
