I actually have two issues but they relate.
In order to show images/additional product fields we need to add a relationship to the referenced product, done. But I have different products with thereby different relationships to referenced products at the end i get a pile of relationships, is it normal workflow?
This causes troubles when i want to filter products by availability. I can't add simple filter stock>greater than 0 (per relationship) because there are several products - none will show up. And i can't add con. filters nothing shows up.
Am i doing something stupid?

We'll need to know more about your product types and see an export of the View to understand what you're doing, but at the end of the day, it might be better for you to look for help in the Views support channels.

Ryan, thank you for taking time to look into this.
My products are doors with variations (size, opening - left and right)
I have a separate commerce product each and relating display.
In order to display them in one view with images I added relationship to their respective commerce products. The longer my list of displays the more relationships I add.
I also use a simple taxonomy filtering for door types (flush, moulded, etc)
I have a feeling that I am missing something extremely simple. That happens every once in a while with Drupal)
Export view is attached.

Ok, see I thought from your original post that you were just getting more relationships, not more and more results in the View. There's actually another issue that discusses this, with the following comment being the current "go to" solution: #1200536-25: View of products with multi-value product reference field show multiple rows per product node
