Views relationship causes view to return no results to anonymous users when used with Domain Access module

I am having a problem getting the Commerce, Views, and the Domain Access modules to work together. I am using the Domain Access module because I have multiple stores. These stores share some products but have unshared products also. My view uses a Product Reference relationship to display pricing. It works perfectly if I am logged in as administrator, but returns no results to anonymous users. If I remove the Product Reference relationship it works for all users.
