This patch urlifies the parent node so, if the approver wants to see the comment in the context of the original node, they can do so easily.

This is a simple one liner, and changes the title of the node to a URL that can be clicked.

There is now a link on the email to View this comment: that links to the comment on its node page so I think that is sufficient. I'd rather not link to the comment on the node title because that can be cinfusing - I expect a node title to go to the node, not halfway down the page where the comment is. I think the view comment link works well.
