This modules name is "commentcloser", yet the modules filenames are comment_closer.module, comment_closer.info and comment_closer.install. Shouldn't the Drupal.org module name space match the actual module filenames? Best references I could find on this topic:

Although I didn't make the mistake to begin with I am renaming the files in version 7.x However I plan to leave 6.x alone since there are people using it in the field.
