This one should be tested and released.
I'm very interested in the D7 version. I don't understand why D7 version does not exist yet. This should be incredibly useful. It's way better to delete a comment than have to edit a comment to something else just because we made a mistake...

D8 should include this module in core, in conjunction with the "Comment Easy Reply" and "Merge Comments" modules...

An official Drupal 7 release is now available. Please note that due to Drupal 7 comment threading approach, child comments which are moved up one thread will always appear underneath the comments already in the destination thread. Also, a Drupal 8 version is in planning but development has not yet started.
