InvalidArgumentException: Class "\Drupal\colorbox\Form\ColorboxSettingsForm" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\DependencyInjection\ClassResolver->getInstanceFromDefinition() (line 24 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/DependencyInjection/ClassResolver.php).

I created a gallery using color box and it was working. It is running on D9. The only updates to the site have been core updates since creating the gallery.

More info. Fails when logged in as u=1, works if not logged in.
Also login as anything other than u=1 fails during login with this error.

Cancel this bug report. Something bad happened in the install and the module is not there.
