Release notes

Semver clone of 8.x-2.x.

8.x version will be discontinued in favour of 3.x.

Upgrade from 8.x-2.x is no different than going up a minor version.

Upgrade from 8.x-1.x is not supported. You should uninstall 8.x-1.x and install 3.x afterwards.
