theme('placeholder') replaced by drupal_placeholder()

Attached is a patch for the coder_upgrade_upgrade_call_theme_alter() function.

Here's a test function:

function example_placeholder() {
  return theme('placeholder');
}

Here's a new patch and a test function with parameters:

function example_placeholder() {
  $placeholder =  theme('placeholder');
  $placeholder =  theme('placeholder', array('text' => $format->name));
}
