Thanks - as you can see this breaks PHP 7.1 support.

Is there any good reason to upgrade? Can you add that to the issue summary?

I've forgotten why I needed to bump this now. Regardless I've updated the PR so it will allow either. That should allow the older version on older PHP versions (EOL 3 years ago).
