If there is a use statement in the file then we know the fully qualified namespace of a class. If that class name is referenced in @param, @return or @var then it should be fully namespaced.

Maybe, a stupid question but can someone explain why it should be fully namespaced? It is because some tools can't handle the aliased name? Thanks
