When attempting to access the schedule configuration form I receive an error, "The page isn't redirecting properly".

This is a problem regarding menu caching and the scheduler how it shows up under admin/conference/configuration.

You should be able to clear menu cache once you store your timeslots.. as a good workaroud for alpha2, we should change the way we access the time submenu tasks.

Being unable to build a schedule renders the schedule unusable for all user roles on a COD site.

Originally Fixed back in Alpha 3, and shouldn't be relevant anymore because of the new panels based scheduler.
