This is a problem regarding menu caching and the scheduler how it shows up under admin/conference/configuration.
You should be able to clear menu cache once you store your timeslots.. as a good workaroud for alpha2, we should change the way we access the time submenu tasks.

japerryOriginally Fixed back in Alpha 3, and shouldn't be relevant anymore because of the new panels based scheduler.
