lisarex commentedI just did a show and tell at the IA Summit and several people recommended replacing the default "Help" with "Guide"... some recommended a wizard, but as not every step needs to be completed in order, perhaps a numbered checklist with the major tasks.
Now that I think further, a dynamic dashboard could be good.
What would be even better if organizer could mark a major task as done, or if the system could detect whether content exists eg. timeslots, and then have a contextual links to view and create more e.g.
"There are 3 timeslots. Create another timeslot."
"There are no sessions."
"There are 5 sponsors. Create another sponsor"
