Can the pearwiki module be installed WITHOUT USING the COMMAND LINE?
Is it critical for the installation of CONFERENCE ORGANIZING?
I would like to install the CONFERENCE ORGANIZING, but I do not have COMMAND LINE access.
"The pearwiki module requires you to install the pear wiki package. Here is how to install it via the command line.
Go to the 'profiles/cod/modules/pearwiki_filter' directory and execute the command:
cvs -d :pserver:cvsread@cvs.php.net:/repository checkout -d Text pear/Text_Wiki/Text"

slowly commentedWhy can't I get a response with this problem. Is the project still up and running?

zacker commentedSlowly -- a work around for this is to use command line locally to check out the PEAR libraries, then upload them to your server with FTP.

lelizondo commentedwhen I skip this step (pearwiki) I get the white screen of death. are there any issues related to this or the pearwiki module it's not critical and the wsod is related to something else?

gregglesGiven that 5.x is basically no longer supported and the profile is being rebuilt for 6.x I'm closing out old issues that are no longer relevant.
