I am trying to integrate Drupal with Alfresco but cannot figure out how to access the content of an Alfresco resource, e.g., for displaying inline in an <img> tag. Is this possible or is this something that needs to be implemented?

It's been a long time I saw the video, but I think you can do it with the wysiwyg/media integration module.

If you have "guest" access you can do it by specifying the url + guest=true and it will work inside a <img> tag. If this is not enough for you then I quote cp4w, when you find the way comment here :)
