The readme states:

You should now be ready to start using Cloudwords for Drupal. To begin using,
from within Drupal click on “Structure” and then “Cloudwords”. You can begin
selecting Drupal content that needs translation, submitting the selected content
to Cloudwords, and easily manage the translation of the content via a Cloudwords
project.

But I can't find where I can select content for export in Cloudwords. This guide (https://developer.cloudwords.com/public/guide/Cloudwords_Drupal_Start_Gu...) says I should be able to navigate to the 'Marked for Translation' tab and start marking content for translation. The view comes up empty though - and all of my content is enabled for translation. I already have had many nodes translated via tmgmt with a combination of entity and node translation.

Am I missing something?

We are facing the same issue, is this a known problem with 7.x-2.5 or is something missing from the documentation?
Did anyone manage to solve this?

I believe what you are experiencing is due to an issue presented with the latest version of VBO. The CW module was able to use VBO without explicitly defining actions to be used in Views Bulk Operations, but that is no longer the case.

Take a look at the latest dev version of the Cloudwords module (7.x-2.x-dev) as that has a fix to play nicely with the latest version of VBO.
