A great module for uploading images to Cloudinary, and for the transformations.

Question: what is recommended to use as an image picker when adding images that already are on Cloudinary to content?

Try Entity Browser (https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_browser). I had it working as a proof of concept about 6 months ago but unfortunately I can't find the project files on my system now to explain in detail how I set it up.
