The width & height values are not updated

Problem/Motivation

The width & height values are no longer updated correctly in the manage display > formatter.
When displaying a video, the width & height value are empty.

Steps to reproduce

Try to update the width & height of the video on the manage display page.
Notice that the video is always displayed full width
