Hello,

I am new to Drupal (7) and have been designing a website using Commerce Kickstart 2 installation profile without the demo store. I had made all required variation types and content types but had configured variation types immediately on creation. Recently i started managing display of content types for final touch ups and realized two major issues as follows:

1) Custom Display Settings drop down option (in Manage display) of both variation types and content types has become inactive. (not clickable). So I am not able to add "Node: Full content" display in my content types.

2) Cloud Zoom settings inside "Manage display" have also become inactive. I am not able to change "Zoom area position, Gallery Settings" etc. I have used cloud zoom for field_images field as done in Commerce kickstart 2 (in case of demo store).

3) I have used Field Slideshow to use slideshow carousel as a widget for image field in events content type. But any changes I make and click on Update, they all revert back to default. But when i make changes and directly click on save and not on update, then the settings are saved. I think this might also be a related issue. I would like to know the real problem than just this work around which is alright for now.

These settings were initially working but now they are not. There a lot of UI issues which I am not able to get a proper solution to like

1) Drag and drop sorting feature was working perfectly fine in "localhost" in my PC but when i put the site online, these settings have changed.
2) Flexslider on front page doesnt show Slideshow images in one place, rather the images move to slightly right after every slide/fade effect and then roll back to initial place when images circulate.

Main issue for me is Cloud zoom and custom display settings inactive state. I am not a coder, so I would request the respondent to kindly name the file to which changes are required and where exactly to put the changes.

Regards and Thanks.

The majority of your issue has nothing to do with cloud zoom.

What seems related to cloud zoom, has never happened to me, there's no other issue with the same problem and in my opinion it's not even related to cloud zoom, so I think you are on your own with this one.
