"e" should not always be interpreted as base e of natural logarithm;
it can be just a nominal value

Exact error description:
FillBlanks questions sometimes give the error:
Math evaluation error: cannot assign to constant "e"

Cause:
In FillBlanks questions the values of inlineChoice boxes are turned into math variables so the students answer can be used in calculations. However, if the inlineChoice has an id of e (or pi) it will try to assign the value of the inlineChoice to the variable e, but e is a reserved word in the math system.

Fixed in dev:
Before turning user answers into variables it checks if any math is used in the question, if not, it skips the step.
If math is used, and an id of "e" or "pi" is found, it gives a warning.
