Hi there! First, thanks for creating this module. It is a standard module running on all the websites I created because I like to keep things clean. :) It would be awesome if you could add the option to run an OPTIMIZE on all tables of the DB to the tasks which are being executed.

It is possible that we could so so. However, the Site Documentation module does this, and there may be others.
