Hi,
on a community, people can purchase a "membership" which gives then an access to a blog and a content type. The membership is linked to a role, and the role gives access to permissions (add blog, add content type).
Recently, a member has lost his access to the content type, but still can add blogs.
Clearing the cache did not solve this problem, neither rebuilding the permissions. I was told about a drush command (drush cc "module list"); but I'm not shure that I want to "dive" into Drush.
Is Cleaner an equivalent of this Drush command? Can Cleaner help me perform a "deep flush" of cache?
Thanks.

nancydruI don't know how much deeper you can get than flushing all the caches. The Cleaner module, by itself, is not an equivalent of the drush commands.
