When using fullscreen the tooltips for links are hidden

Steps to reproduce

Install latest Drupal
Install latest plugin_pack
Enable fullscreen and link button
On a node form go fullscreen
Try and create a link and tooltip is hidden

Proposed resolution

Maybe use z-index auto on fullscreen wrapper
