CKeditor :- User is unable to move freely image or blocks inside ckeditor

Problem :- User is unable to move freely image or blocks inside ckeditor.

Any plugin or functionality which allows us to move the image or block freely anywhere inside the Ckeditor. Right now I can place the image on the basics of alignments given in drupal (Left, Center, Right).

Example :- User uploads the image and now he/she can set an image to three different alignments either on right, left and center provided by the CKeditor but user want the image to be placed somewhere like from left:- 30px and from top:- 40px which we should be able to drag the image at that position and image should be able to place there itself.

Solution :- we need to create some kind of fancy js to allow the user to place the block or image freely anywhere inside the ckeditor.
