I am putting together a new site, and I end up with the WSOD on enabling the CiviCRM Theme.
This is on a drupal 6.15, CiviCRM 3 install with 3 users and 2 nodes. I added the snippet from http://2paisasbyviggy.wordpress.com/2009/10/29/how-to-enable-error-repor... though am not given any errors on screen.
I have enabled CiviCRM, though have not done anything else with it

I have to delete the module to get around the WSOD.
I have tried with and without enable admin theme for content editing. I am developing the site on a local install (MAMP) with my php limit set to 512M, so it should not be a memory issue.
Any thoughts?

kevinwalsh commentedCheck your apache error log, it's probably related to this: http://drupal.org/node/568710
