This is still a problem in 4.3.4 when using the Starter Kit distrubution. The Edit Widget Colors will not open. To reproduce, install with demo data. Go to civicrm/admin/contribute/widget?reset=1&action=update&id=1

There are a few minot changes in https://code.google.com/p/jquery-plugin-form-navigation-confirmation/ that weren't updated in http://drupal.org/files/1787976-jquery-missing-files-11.patch

removed jQuery.FormNavigate.js from the larger patch. Adding it w/ a smaller patch here.
