#899832: Delete project chuck

Chuck will decide when he will be deleted.

Maybe he'll let you know.

But when it's time, he'll do it himself. And he'll delete whatever else he wants in the meantime.

This module can not be deleted. As a workaround, deleting the known and unknown universe and leaving only the chuck module could work.
