Snow only shows when logged in as admin.

Just tested this using the latest dev branch and I can confirm that it does work when logged out.

Please give more info please and check for errors in your js console.

Thanks for checking. I resolved this by adding a tag and calling the js file on my "Sticky on top" post. Crude but it worked. I'm running the site on a Raspberry Pi and I'm sure I haven't configured it fully.
