Chatbox module crashes Safari

Tested with chatbox 4.5.0 and chatbox cvs, both stock. Only modifications have been in the theme style.css file. Using Safari 1.2.4 (v125.12) on MacOS X 10.3.7.

Successfully brings up the chat frameset 'popup'. Can sit and monitor chatroom, no problems.

But within 1-6 submissions, crashes the entire Safari browser. Appears to be some sort of threading issue with the Javascript library Apple's using. Faster submissions crash the browser faster. Taking your time, waiting for everything to update, gives you a few more submissions.
