Users suggest, that it would be nice to have a button or something like that, which allows the administrator to remove all the messages from the archive, so he/she will not have to access SQL database directly.

Yes this has been mentioned before. Again, excellent idea, easy to implement, requires me to have some time to work on this project. I'm currently focusing on paid work before I do my pro-bono stuff.
