If I let my chatblock sit for a long time and do nothing (hours) when I come back and type in it nothing happens in my browser (But other users see it) If I log out and in its still bank, if I go to settings and save settings it shows again.

Please see #2032041: Double-check initial behaviour after installation and #2052267: Reset poll rate after sending a message. Have you tried with the latest (dev) release? There have been important fixes in the last months closely related to the polling issue and it sounds as though you are just experiencing it. If you still encounter the problem, please provide a far more detailed error report if you want to help solving a probably still existing problem. Thx!
