Graphs with all 0 (zero) results cause php warnings around division by zero [#941460]

proposed patch attached
to do with the calculation where it finds the maximum in a series, which breaks if all results are zero

The D6 version of the module is no longer being updated. If this problem exists in the 7.x-2.x branch of the module please reopen.
