integrate with soapclient?

Considering the lack of active demand and my current focus on dokeos itself, I'm not exactly *motivated* in integrating it to soapclient, but we can plan for it. The activity of the soapclient module doesn't seem extreme (which is only normal considering the nature of the module), but it is acceptable, so I can't see any valid excuse in the long term *not to* use it inside the dokeos module.

Plans are now to move away from SOAP and towards REST, in the future. This cancels the interest of integrating with the soapclient module.
