At some point, yes. The next rewrite calculates the certificate progress when it's actually achieved, and not "whenever someone's looking at the results" as it is now. When that is done, I think I will do a rules / trigger / action functionality that will enable you to that. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeframe for this work.
