Difference in module features

Thank you for pointing at the other modules. There are overlapping functions with other modules int terms of configurable interface.
Intention behind this module is to take the cron runs further by adding conditions and provide integration with messaging framework for feedback etc.

I will review the other modules further, it might be possible to merge some of the stuff i am trying to do into other modules.

When you duplicate other projects it makes it harder for people to find the right module. So, you really should add to the project page for this module so people can make a good decision.
