I'm not entirely sure since I haven't tested this out yet, but I was wondering if you have tested this out with the CCK content multigroup? This would make a node with repeating multiple fields a God send for long simple lists. Thanks for the great work!

CCK pager works at a different level than content multigroup, as it handles fieldsets instead of fields: at the moment you can page multiple fields inside a multi group but you cannot page multigroups as a whole. However this is a very nice feature and we'll try to implement it as soon as possible.
