The parenthesis in the .info file description are giving me the following error:

Error parsing modules/cck_nodemenu/cck_nodemenu.info on line 3 in C:\sites\blue_danny\radicalcrib\includes\module.inc on line 195.

So I replaced it as follows:

description = Adds a custom node menu block - text or computed field has to be activated.
