After updating from 8x-1.0 to 8x-1.1 following the CAS url (e.g. https://drupal.server/cas) results in the following url being rendered in the browser, where the cas server url gets appended incorrectly to the original server url:

https://drupal.server/://cas-auth.casserver/cas/login?service=https%3A//...

I did not!

MEA CULPA. Very sorry for the time waste. I've never NOT run the updb, and sure enough, I had not done so. I'll note this with the other issue as well.
