Captcha Code Override

I have activated captcha into the user login. An incorrectly captcha code entered when logging will prompt that the code entered is incorrect. To override captcha and continue login, just refresh the browser screen and the captcha will be overriden. Login will be successful. This assumes that the login informations are correct.
