Minor issue.. A tabindex is not set for the math challenge captcha resulting in text fields jumping in an odd order when tabbing through. I've only tested it in the log-in page. I'm guessing it would be the same with a text image.

I have the same problem (also with textimage captcha); especially if I entered the captcha wrong and am asked to do another one again, the (red marked) input field is not selectable using the keyboard / tab. I have to use the mouse to click into the field, which is annoying, because I usually fill forms by just using the keyboard only (which is a lot faster than using the mouse to click in every single field).
