Hi!

In FormattableMarkup::placeholderFormat for url's recommended use :placeholder.

This problem exists in 'enable_stats' and 'log_wrong_responses' form elements.

Also, after check dblog module exists, description for 'log_wrong_responses' form element changed incorrectly.
