Hi Ronald,
I've been using your great module since the beginning!
My first website has now gone live, but there is a slight problem with Internet Explorer - i.e. the balloon tips show in Firefox but not IE. If I hover over the calendar with the mouse pointer, I get an 'errors on page' warning and no balloon appears.
My website is available here:
http://www.larshrc.lbhf.sch.uk/
Could you take a look and offer any advice? I really don't know anything about Java.
Thanks,
Rob

rjb commentedHi Rob,
Looks like you are missing the excanvas library which is required for Beautytips to work under Internet Explorer (see also the README file of Beautytips). Basically you just have to download the excanvas ZIP file from http://excanvas.sourceforge.net, create a new directory
sites/all/modules/beautytips/other_libs/excanvas_r3, and place the contents of the ZIP file in that directory.Good luck!
Cheers,
Ronald

grimer commentedHi Ronald,
Once again, thanks for your continuing support! I've now got the tooltips showing. Unfortunately, they are out of allignment with the 'bullet points'.
I've tried adjusting the width of the balloon and the padding, but this hasn't fixed the issue.
Any ideas?
Rob

rjb commentedHi Rob,
Sometimes it helps to play around with "position: relative" in the CSS code (adding it to a div, removing it or moving it around from/to a container div of the calendar block).
Does it look like this issue: http://drupal.org/node/872174 ?
Cheers,
Ronald

grimer commentedHi Ronald,
It isn't a problem with the text overflowing the balloon, just the alignment of the text with the bullet points. I have attached an image and the calendar is available at:

rjb commentedHi Rob,
Looks like IE's empty div bug. I will look for a workaround.

grimer commentedThanks Ronald!

rjb commentedI have created a new release: 6.x-1.8, which should leave out those empty div's. Does this fix your problem?

rjb commentedDid not hear anything for a while, but after some testing on other sites with similar issues, I'm pretty sure that was the problem, so I assume this is fixed.
