Make it work with Commerce Line Items [#2009472]

I have gotten this module working for Commerce Line Items (it requires the Commerce Customizable Products module, https://drupal.org/project/commerce_custom_product).

Patch coming as soon as I save this issue to get an issue number.

Here is the patch.

Besides adding line item support, my editor deleted all trailing spaces at ends of lines, and I also added t() in a spot or two.

I have not tested the patch extensively, but it seems to work fine.
