I get the attached error every time I use BMU - it starts initializing, then gives this. It does manage to create one node (if I'm uploading more than one file, it's the last one).

Any suggestions please?

Have you tried this on a clean Drupal installation?
Have you tried this on different browsers?
Please give the steps to reproduce this.

Sorry, I'd forgotten this was still around. The problem turned out to be local - the image management process goes through many steps and BMU didn't like something there. Works fine now.
