My setup:
Fresh Drupal 7
Only one contib module: BUEditor 7dev
Login as admin
Textformat: Full HTML
Linebreak Converter: enabled (Checked)

After saving a new article without teaserbreak, everything is ok (standard teaserbreak after 600)
But if I use the BUEditor-Button "Teaserbreak", the hole text after teaserbreak is shown as block without linebreaks (p, br)

BUEditor has nothing to do with text formatting. Teaser break button just inserts <!--break--> which can also be inserted without using BUEditor.
You may want to disable BUEditor to confirm the bug is not specific to it. If you have problems with break delimiter you should open an issue against core's text module.
