In Internet Explorer 6, image thumbnails are not visible in the general gallery page. Once one goes into an image category the thumbnails reappear.

I resolved the issue based upon the analysis of the "list-background bug" found at
http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer/ie-listbug.html.

To fix this, find the line that reads:
ul.galleries li img {:


On the next line, add:
position: relative;

This worked for me.

I forgot to mention in the previous post that the file that needs to be edited is the style.css in the theme folder.

Will also apply this change to 4.7 and cvs versions.
